No, that was the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Buffalo Branch and it closed in Oct, 2008. Frank0051 (talk) 16:56, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ownership[edit]

Who, or what, owns the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and why isn't it listed or mentioned in this article? Presumably the Federal Reserve Bank of New York would generally act in the interests of it's owners. Who are they?
