Hey all, I plan on reorganizing and cleaning up this article, I'll try to keep you all posted on edits and ask for clarification if needed from anyone available (but since not many have posted on the talk page, I'm not sure how much feedback I will get). I would note right now this is a "term" cited to a primary source (a paper). As such its not an encyclopedic entry at all (Wikipedia does not do terms and does not reiterate primary source material per WP:NOT#DICTIONARY, WP:PST and WP:NOT PAPERS).
