Music Brainz link[edit]

Why remove it? -- ReyBrujo 01:25, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I put it back as no reason was given and the page it linked to exists. --日本穣 Nihonjoe 01:28, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Albums sold[edit]

References for all those figures need to be added. Otherwise, the figures may be removed. --日本穣 Nihonjoe 05:05, 3 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image Swap[edit]

I realize that the one image is actually the cover of the azure moon single, but in spite of this it is a really bad cover and think it should be relagated to the lower position on the page. Also I think that a promo image of the band in the infobox is more pertinent than a single cover. rydia 03:34, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I don't really like updating the infobox everytime they release a new single/album. If the members are the same, we should choose a good looking one and keep it until something "important" happens. However, that is my personal opinion.

Name in Asia[edit]

This line was added to the page recently: "In Asia the band Every Little Thing is known written as 小事乐团". By Asia this is surely referring to China, Hong Kong, and possibly parts of Singapore and Malaysia. Also Asia implies Japan as well which is obviously wrong since they are called Every Little Thing in Japan. I think this statement is in strong need of clarification and added the citation link and if anyone knows anymore about this I would appreciate an update. rydia 08:32, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Discography images[edit]

Per the Fair use policy, point 3 (The amount of copyrighted work used should be as little as possible.) and 8 (The material must contribute significantly to the article (e.g. identify the subject of an article, or specifically illustrate relevant points or sections within the text) and must not serve a purely decorative purpose.), I believe it is better to remove all the images from the section. It is possible to claim Fair use for the cover of an album in the album article, as the focus of the article is the album itself, but in discography lists, there is no need to have the images, as the album is not discussed, just overviewed. See both lists at Mariah Carey discography for example of how lists look without the images.

There are several discussions about this matter, List of Lost episodes being the main focus. I know this will raise some concerns. I prefer staying on the safe side, and remove the images while the matter is resolved. However, consensus is necessary, and I won't do anything until others tell me what they think.

I am currently adding Fair use rationale to the images I have uploaded for the album and single articles, but I won't add it for the discography. Hope we can reach an agreement about this. -- ReyBrujo 22:54, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

ELT Songs from L.A.[edit]

Shouldn't "ELT Songs from L.A." (and their single) be among the discography as it's released by Avex and listed under their official discography at http://avexnet.jp/item/every/disc/? //Everybest 20:37, 14 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Seems so, maybe as compilation or remix album. Feel free to add them to the discography, although I suggest not putting images of the cover, as they should be removed due our Fair use criteria. -- ReyBrujo 21:08, 14 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Every little thing.jpg[edit]

Image:Every little thing.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Group Name[edit]

I'm changing this: "Every Little Thing (エヴリ・リトル・シング, Evuri Ritoru Shingu)" because never have I even once seen ELT's name written out in katakana. The name of the group is Every Little Thing. If someone can demonstrate to me that it's not, that it's エヴリ・リトル・シング, fine.

And btw - it's eBUri Ritoru Shingu, not eVUri Ritoru Shingu, just in case someone decides to revert it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.67.93.133 (talk) 00:47, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
