Both this article and the article on Energizer batteries needs to clear up the relationship between the two company. Does anyone know what connection Eveready of India had with the American company Eveready Battery Company (now Energizer Holdings)? Sigh[edit]

The article was a godawful mess. I converted it into a disambiguation page, separating the Indian company from the American one and clarifying the latter's fate; plus there's the Canadian company also. The Indian company's article will need to be remade from scratch (hopefully, it will sound less spammish this time).
