Accuracy[edit]

The article doesn't appear to be accurate. It suggests that Eugenics is still occurring in California today, a fact that I severely doubt.96.225.89.127 (talk) 15:57, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the above. The phrase "Eugenics takes take three forms in California" implies that California is still carrying out eugenic practices, which seems contrary to all evidence. Author forgets disabled people as original target[edit]
