National Records[edit]

There are a lot of national records listed, mostly in the swimming section I think, whilst i trust these were indeed set they need citations to show this. I'd imagine these could be found on an Estonian news or swimming association website but i don't have a clue what these might be (for GB we normally use the BBC or British Swimming sites). Hopefully someone with a bit more local knowledge could find and add these. Basement12 (T.C) 15:28, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Additionally PB/SB for athletes should not be noted in this article. They are not relevant to the olympics and are far too changeable. They should be noted on the athletes articles. Basement12 (T.C) 17:48, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think personal records are also necessary to show athletes perfomances in the events and should be moved back, because these are valid at the time. Like shown in official results Men's Decathlon Javelin Throw - Group B Results.Jaanusele (talk) 18:12, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
PB SB and NR are relevant to the nation whuch this article is about - this is Estonia at the 2008 olympic games not a - mens 66 kg boxing or the 2008 Olympic Games articles! Please do not mix these articles up.
Pb and Sb are not relevant to the nation whatsoever. They are merely used as a measure of an athletes individual performance and are very hard to verify. National records should be included but shouild be fully referenced and not in some bright colour. Basement12 (T.C) 18:56, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have raised the various issues with this article atWikiproject olympics. Basement12 (T.C) - 22 August 2008
