– Primary meaning, a breif look into what quality internet content show as Ercilla makes it clear it is the commune and town and not the writer, also in everyday speech in Chile Ercilla is a place not a writer. Move the DAB to the base name per views the place gets 29 views but the magazine gets 15 and the plant gets 14, the writer has 206[[1]] but he's a PTM for the single word. Crouch, Swale (talk) 10:55, 18 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  - Comment: Setting Ercilla as a disambiguation page will sent 100% of viewers to the wrong page (the disambiguation page). Instead having Ercilla being the town will at least give many the right page. How many we dont know, because we can not know what page people are expecting to see when they type or click at Ercilla, but there a case that people searching for the poet will do so by his name, while for those seeking the town and commune it will be less obvious to type ", Chile" to obtain the right result.     - Firstly per WP:NOPRIMARY a DAB page should be at the base name even if there are just 2 options (though per WP:2DABPRIMARY we can have a lower threshold) secondly there are 5 entries on the DAB, even leaving the poet and asteroid aside the magazine and plant get as many views as the place anyway so having the place at the base name would inconvenience more people than it would help however I would support that over the stats quo but as far as I can see there's no primary topic so that's the best option. @Buidhe: You moved the DAB to the basename this morning but didn't close this request. Its now been modified to a multi-move by Paine Ellsworth due to the DAB now being located at the target. Did you mean to close this RM as consensus for the DAB like Talk:Henry Kessler (baseball) or did you intend this be relisted to see if there is consensus to make the place primary? Even if you did intend to close this is could just be left open anyway but the DAB has been supported by both participants (not counting nom) and the evidence given supports this.
