Talk[edit]

I believe the reference you are looking for Adam's work is

J.S. Adams, "Inequity in Social Exchanges", in L. Berokwitz (ed.), "Advances in Experimental Social Psychology," New York, Academic Press, 1965, pp 267-300

I think this page needs many citations to improve its credibility. Most statements don’t have citations. The definition of equity is not clear and completed, which needs to be edited. The structure of this page is a little bit messy. I suggest the page should explain the definition first, and then it could talk about the background. In the propositions section, the contents are confusing and repeated, which need further editing. In the related theory section, I think it needs more explanations because this section doesn’t illustrate how these theories connect. Yukillovesu (talk) 01:59, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Developed in 1999?[edit]

Well now if the book was written in 1965, how then could the theory have been developed in 1999? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.225.30.136 (talk) 02:04, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
