Suggestion[edit]

  • T. Eric Embry (1921-1992) was a former justice of the Alabama State Supreme Court and also the lead trial lawyer in the libel case which was appealed as New York Times v. Sullivan and was used to establish the "actual malice" standard for libel cases brought by public officials. (If it were not for the controlling influence of the WikiProject Professional wrestling, I would go so far as to suggest that his entry should appear as "Eric Embry" with a disambiguation notice for the wrestler of the same name.) --Dystopos (talk) 16:13, 2 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
