Problems with History section[edit]

The article states as follows:

Upland Hutterite Colony in Letcher, South Dakota, branched out in 1994 to form the Elmendorf Community.[1] Upland had branched out of Spring Valley Hutterite Colony, located at Wessington Springs, South Dakota in 1988, Spring Valley had branched out of Platte, South Dakota in 1964, and Platte had branched out of Bon Homme in 1949.[2]

In 2002 Elmendorf left the Schmiedeleut affiliation of the Huttterites and became an independent colony. It was soon followed by Altona which was always in good standing with Elmendorf.[citation needed]

The timeline indicated here is in conflict with the cited source (http://www.gameo.org/index.php?title=Elmendorf_Hutterite_Colony_%28Mountain_Lake,_Minnesota,_USA%29), which indicates the founding of Elmendorf as ca. 2005. If the source is incorrect, we need to find a better source or update the history section accordingly. Jsniessen (talk) 19:05, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I visited Elemendorf for several weeks and the preacher and other people there told me it was 2002 and not 2005. I also found out that Gameo is not always correct. Metron (talk) 07:52, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
