Seems like cross-wiki spamming[edit]

It's very strange to see that an article aboub "El Comité 1973" DOES NOT EXIST in Spanish Wikipedia, see es:El Comité 1973. (In fact, it was erased in Spanish Wikipedia. Well, IF this magazine does have any notability in Mexico, there should have an article in Spanish - but in fact the article was erased!). The Asturian Wikipedia nominated it for deletion. Seems like cross-wiki spamming. In my opinion, you should erase this article AND block the user (I suggest contacting French Wikipedia and others, because if the same guy or IP wrote the article (sometimes the account is created just before the creation of the article) in many languages, you should adopt Global block.
