Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because I have made some expansions to the existing article. I had originally created the page based off of the corresponding article in French, but unfortunately this may not have been sufficient. The largest corresponding article is in Russian, a language I cannot read, so I had to use an internet translator to add additional information and sources from the Russian page.
