Irrelevant deletion[edit]

@Hummerrocket and Anthony Bradbury: Guys please be more careful while working with deletions. I can understand tagging articles when somebody feels concerned but Anthony please handle deletion cases with more caution. The source text is in Public Domain because it's created by Polish government agency. Also the appropriate footnote about the source was added in the article to indicate Public Domain, you can see Template:PD-PolishGov for details. You deleted it with a reason: Unambiguous copyright infringement of https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal/english. It seems that:

  • you didn't check the footnote for source indicated,
  • so you didn't review the full content of the article;
  • you didn't check the license of the source text on website;
  • and you also didn't give time to allow me to contest speedy deletion which is allowed by the deletion policy in such cases.

You're an admin with a huge experience but please consider reviewing the above and restoring article. I think that this shouldn't happen in such shape. Please always check the source license!

All the best for you guys and have Merry Xmas & Happy New Year!

Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because content it's in PD, see the above thread for further explanation. --RezonansowyakaRezy (talk | contribs) 14:53, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion (2nd time)[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because: It has never been. Only the lead was worded in a way which may look like an advert.

I improved the article in several ways. I expanded the article, rewritten the lead, added legal background and reception, added translated content from the Polish Wikipedia and added more references. --RezonansowyakaRezy (talk | contribs) 03:37, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
