Following POWO[edit]

When I first started writing botany entries here on Wikipedia I did not know that we follow Plants of the World Online as the authority for plant names, generally. As the alternate classification, Potentilla fissa is not well known I decided to move the information here though it is still used by USDA Plants and some other sources.
