In answer to your question Laura, no it is not a problem if you're not affiliated with them. In fact, it's preferred. However there seems to be some disagreement as to whether you are or not.

If you have an association with the band, then that is a conflict of interest that you should disclose. If that's the case, then it's recommended that you limit your edits to this talk page (which looks to be your only choice anyway, since the article is semi-protected).

After a bit of searching off-wiki, I believe that you do have a professional relationship with the subject. I'd ask you to please openly declare this connection here and on your user page. As i told Axl by email, i'm "staff" just because i help the band manage the fans.. I'm not paid or something like that for what i do for help them. I want to edit this page only with informations about the upcoming album, singles and things like this, this page will not be used to promote events, concerts or things like this. If it's a problem my "connection" to the band, i'll find someone else that can make those kind of edits. It is obvious that i'll use only the TALK section, as you suggest. I don't want to do nothing wrong or against your pilicy. Let me know if i can update this page or not, no problems if you decide me to not do edit. Just oe more thing: as you can see from the actual page, the person who made the page NEVER write something on the articles without putting sources! For now i never posted nothing new on the article, i just undo changesmade by someone else ( the reason why the pages is protected is that someone is hackering this page putting false informations!) , but be sure that from now every single word i want to put on the article will be discussed in this talk section!
