This article is well written. From the history it appears the entire text was copy-pasted from a pre-written file. Unfortunately the author has never used their account for any purpose other than this edit. The references are included, but not footnoted. Hopefully the original author can help out here. I don't agree that it is well written; it is a good start, however. To be useful, this article needs revision, ideally by an experienced cardiologist (who works or has worked in an institution providing care to these patients) or cardiac surgeon. A section: Argument for the Dor procedure and a section criticisms and cautions for the Dor procedure would be useful as the majority of the interest in this article would be by those considering LV revision surgery during CABG. Invited contribution from a surgeon who advocates for the procedure in selected cases would be of interest.
