I found an article from 1972 which says that Chaffin is from Nottingham - https://www.newspapers.com/clip/97378581/evening-post/.

On FreeBMD, the only record for a Donald Chaffin is a birth record from 1944. His birth was registered in Nottingham in September quarter of that year.

As far as I can find, he's still alive. Skycloud86 (talk) 12:30, 11 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
