Influence on Brooklyn Bridge[edit]

Is there any kind of proof that this specific church had this influence? After all, while Brooklyn Bridge does show some influence from gothic architecture, this is rather unspecific and could have been taken from any church built in this style. --Bernardoni (talk) 20:31, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

German WP cites Rainer Nolden (2008): Das achte Weltwunder. epoc 3: 12-19, but I haven't had a chance to read this. -Thoughtfortheday (talk) 22:28, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I've looked at that now. It says that Roebling who designed Brooklyn Bridge was from Mühlhausen. Then it does indeed sound plausible since - although there are a great many gothic churches -, this is the one Roebling grew up with, so to say. I'll add the information about Roebling to the article. --Bernardoni (talk) 20:37, 4 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Which name variants should be used in the intro of this article?[edit]

See Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Lead section#Divi Blasii, Mühlhausen, please discuss there, not here. --Francis Schonken (talk) 13:38, 2 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
