Edit request[edit]

Unit cost €92,000 (2017)

Dear Wikipedia team, I am the production manager at Distar CZ a.s., the current manufacturer of this remarkable aircraft. I would like to ask you to change the retail price of our Lambada aircraft as it is incorrect and far away from the reality. The current basic price is 92 000 EUR. Please execute the change. Thank you. Elias Khelil — Preceding unsigned comment added by EliasKhelil (talkcontribs) 11:10, 19 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

To change this we need to cite a new reference that shows what the current price is. The company website doesn't give any pricing information. Is there a published source we can cite? - Ahunt (talk) 14:03, 19 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

No there is no published source, i always send updated pricelists to our dealers and customers. Wuld it be ok if the CEO sends you the request on a leatterhead? Elias Khelil.

No, we need to be able to cite a reliable source that is verifiable by readers, so it needs to be publicly available. The article currently cites the last previously publicly available price with a date specified (so at least readers will know it is out-of-date), cited to a reliable reference, so that will have to stand until another reliable source publishes an updated price. Just a note but many other aircraft manufacturers actually do publish their prices, like Cirrus do. - Ahunt (talk) 12:37, 25 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
