Worlds of Marvel & Other dining[edit]

I noticed the talk on the Worlds of Marvel information and where it should go. I agree it should be on the Disney Wish page as it is related, but wanted to suggest it is perhaps formatted like on the Dream wiki page, under another subsection? As we get more information about the Wish the design section is probably going to get very busy anyways and may need a reshuffle. Just a thought. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_Dream

I will move the facilities into a separate section, from the design section. Cardei012597 (talk) 16:59, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
User:Lyndaship, why do you insist that certain information on this page is deemed worthless? WP:ONUS does NOT apply here at all, since all information gathered is directly about the Disney Wish and its aspects. It is an entertainment experience and any and all of its aspects, with independent 3rd party sources, should be discussed here. Cardei012597 (talk) 17:22, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I suggest you reread WP:ONUS as it most certainly does apply to who should initiate a discussion. It is also relevant as it makes clear that not all verifiable information needs to be included in an article. Articles about ships should primarily be about the ship, certainly when the ship is a cruise ship we should include permanent (or semi permanent) entertainment features of it such as theatres, golf courses, magic carpets etc but not in a gushy promotional way better suited to an advertising brochure. This does not extend to names of restaurants, bars, shows etc which can change at anytime. Furthermore the content I removed was both a sea of blue and somewhat eastereggish. It struck me as someone just wanted to create links for the sake of it. I suggest you look at other cruise ship articles which will demonstrate what content is normally deemed worthy of inclusion Lyndaship (talk) 17:40, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I am done. I can no longer accept other editor's opinions as facts and laws. Even when I am in the right, I can never win any discussion with anyone. It does not matter when I am right, as everyone else has to win every argument. I can no longer stay on Wikipedia. I can no longer make editing choices when no one can even see my point of view. I am sorry to bother you. Good bye. Cardei012597 (talk) 19:23, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm with you here, User:Cardei012597. Look at other Disney Cruise Line wiki pages. They have information such as the dining, the horns, the theatre shows. There is no reason for you to remove these User:Lyndaship? MissPlaying (talk) 20:09, 19 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Wish Class not Triton Class[edit]

Hello @FlightTime

Seems like there is some confusion about the Class name. Over the past few months articles by Disney have started to no longer use the Triton Codename in official releases. This is mainly due to the fact that it was the codename used before the first ship of the class was named. As the Classes of the Disney Cruise Ships are named after the first Ship of that class. Magic was the First of the Magic Class, Dream was the first of the Dream Class & Wish is the first of the Wish Class.

Here are sources using the Wish Class name: https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2023/03/disney-cruise-line-and-singapore-tourism-board-to-bring-magical-cruise-vacations-to-southeast-asia/

The use of Wish is used at the bottom of the page when talking about the future other ships. https://disneycruiselineblog.com/2023/03/disney-treasure-reaches-significant-milestone-with-keel-laying-ceremony-in-papenburg-germany/ Blog Article from a blog page using Wish Class in the Blog and also explaining the usage in the comments at the bottom of the page.
