Have you ever actually watched the show? It's running its third season right now, and has always been a half-hour. --Drmargi (talk) 17:39, 25 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
My wife and I watched an episode last night entitled "Quince," (evidently episode 402) with Chef Irvine cooking in Puerto Rico, and the episode was an hour long. I don't remember ever seeing an hour long episode before, only half-hour ones. Not sure if this is a variation bewteen the producion seasons, or what, but both formats exist. There have been a couple special episodes that ran one hour (Holiday Hope) being the first, but the show changed to a one-hour format this season. --Drmargi (talk) 04:26, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sous chefs[edit]

The names of Symon's and Irvine's sous chefs should be mentioned. Badagnani (talk) 03:39, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Got Irvine's sous chef names; need Symon's. Badagnani (talk) 03:41, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Seasons?[edit]

Can someone clarify how the show began its 4th season in 2008, dispite having premiered in only 2007? A breakdown of the seasons over a year and a half would be appreciated. TheHYPO (talk) 07:29, 23 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sure it has to do with production schedules, just like Survivor is approaching their 20th season, despite only having been on the air for 10 years (or whatever the number is). A year does not equal a season anymore. SpikeJones (talk) 14:02, 23 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
