A reliable conflicting source[edit]

According to this source Diego Ladrón de Guevara did not resign the bishopric and died on 12th June 1717. Since a new bishop of Quito was elected on 12th July, the information provided seems to perfectly fit a vacancy of Quito. Furthermore the source in note 69 indicates an archive document as a first level source. --Avemundi (talk) 16:22, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
