1) Many references link to Mrs. Kinnert's own homepage.Is this a reliable source accepted in Wikipedia? 2) Mrs. Kinnert is not a politician, since she doesn't hold a political office neither in a party nor parliament or any other political body. 3) The article claims that Mrs. Kinnert has been "the youngest chief of staff in the history of the Bundestag" but doesn't provide a source of evidence.
