I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "cabinetoffice1":

  • From Department for Transport: Cabinet Office List of Government Departments and Ministers: Department for Transport
  • From Department for Business, Innovation and Skills: "Department for Business, Innovation and Skills". www.gov.uk. Retrieved 2014-12-10.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 23:31, 14 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence for BEIS abbreviation[edit]

http://www.gov.uk/beis redirects to https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-for-business-energy-and-industrial-strategy

http://www.gov.uk/dbeis does not redirect anywhere (and gives a 404 error). Farleysmaster (talk) 16:29, 24 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
