Made an edit to correct an apparent misreading of the data cited; 200 fatalities occur among approx. 1.5 million deer collisions, but the article originally stated that 85% of all drivers involved in deer collisions die. I believe the author may have been thinking of a claim I have heard that 85% of motorcyclists die in deer collisions. This sounds much more plausible, and I may return to add that info if I can find a valid source; the NHTSA website is not the most user friendly. PwyBynnag (talk) 16:12, 18 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
