I believe the entire sample of Don't Smoke is from Marcus Brigstocke, just inspired by Chalky White. Also, the topic was discussed in far more detail on the original Room 101 back when it was hosted by Paul Merton. -- 213.105.186.124 (talk) 00:54, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
