Notability[edit]

Four men killed another man and three were executed for it. I suppose we could argue notability because it was in front of his wife and children but that seems a stretch. He was the 8th person in Arkansas to be executed since Furman v. Georgia (1972) and that might be considered marginally notable. If so then Clines was #7 and Holmes #9. If a top ten spot is not a goal then there is simply no notability as there were more than 22,500 murders in the US in 1981 and 209 in Arkansas. Otr500 (talk) 02:54, 1 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
