Untitled[edit]

Actually you do have an article titled "Danny Lopez" Try this address - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_Lopez

Contradiction. Easy fix.[edit]

I don't edit articles; just passing along info. Search article for Octavio:

Text (incorrect) says "After defeating Octavio Gómez to begin 1975," (suggested correction) "After suffering a defeat to Octavio Gómez to begin 1975,"

Basis of correction: search again and you will see "loss" shown for 1975 Octavio fight. Corroboration: http://boxrec.com/boxer/9011 shows Lopez loss to Octavio in 1975.70.119.177.3 (talk) 04:53, 7 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested Enhancement / correction regarding retirement[edit]

Article says "In 1985, he talked about a comeback, but decided not to do it." Possible addition: "Lopez did fight once more at age 39 in 1992, losing on a second round TKO. Lopez, who earned $1.5 million in his career from 1971-1980, reportedly earned $7,000 for meeting journeyman Jorge Rodriguez." source: http://articles.latimes.com/1992-02-27/sports/sp-4168_1_irvine-marriott

Correction: The result is shown here as KO. It should show TKO. (source: actual fight at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UO1TBqtvwaw)70.119.177.3 (talk) 04:56, 7 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Native?[edit]

I have seen nothing in writing stating that either Danny Lopez or Ernie Lopez were enrolled in any Native nation. The Lopez father was allegedly of Acjachemen descent, but there is no federal or state recognition for alleged Acjachemen descendants. Bohemian Baltimore (talk) 03:35, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
