As part of my technology project, I must either create a new Wikipedia page or translate an existing Wikipedia article. For my project, I have decided to translate a page on Danakil, a French reggae band. The band has been in action since 2000 and has released 4 studio albums and 2 live albums. The band has won numerous awards, including the Best French Reggae Album award in the 2012 Reggae Victory Awards. This is a notable band that has been gaining fame since 2009, and for this reason I believe that a page on Danakil should be included in the English Wikipedia. I am currently translating the existing French article into English in my sandbox. When I am done with the translation, I will upload the completely translated article to a page here on Wikipedia.
