Edit request[edit]

PLease mention in the article that "DLA Disposition Services is the largest reverse logistics provider in the world handling over $28 billion in materials in an average year".

Please also mention that priorities for allocation of military hardware are set by US Congress under <Public Law (P.L.) 94-519,10 U.S.C. 381> and cross reference to your http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Property_and_Administrative_Services_Act_of_1949.

Might also mention that the issue of military hardware to Law enforcement activities is mandated by 10 U.S.C. Section 2576a

Also - please remove the portion about improper waste disposal in Iraq or clarify that DLA Disposition Services was never found to have disposed of waste improperly.

Anthoritative reference can be found at <http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/weapons/RS20549.pdf>
