Name[edit]

Does anyone know why this band chose the name 'd'Erlanger'? Tinkywinky11 (talk) 22:34, 4 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just stumbled upon this interview with kyo[1] and according to him their name means "Indecent Temptation" in French, so I added that to the article. However the translations I found don't support this, so someone who speaks French fluently can tell us for sure that it does or doesn't mean this. If it turns out that it doesn't, then I think we should change the article to say something along the lines of "even though it is false, the band believes that their name means indecent temptation in French". I'm french, and D'erlanger doesn't mean anything (if you need a reference, http://www.cnrtl.fr/lexicographie/derlanger, from the National Center of Lexical Resources; I tried several forms to be sure, and none of it seems to match with an actual french word); those visual kei bands seem to be very "creative" with french. Darlin' Release Date[edit]

Does anyone know for certain the release date for their single Darlin'? This discography says 1990.1.21, JaME says 1990.1.24, and the band's official website says 1990.1.25. But on the official website the date for Lullaby is a typo, so this could also be one. Xfansd (talk) 23:51, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Band is not Goth rock[edit]

This band is a visual kei band and even their early material is not Goth rock. I will remove the Goth rock tag again and will continue to do so until someone has a sufficient counter argument. Japanese Goth rock bands do exist however, they're not associated with the Visual-Kei movement, just because a band dresses in dark clothing does not make them a Goth rock band.
