Wheelchair-using vs wheelchair-bound[edit]

The article history (revision) indicates that the change from "wheelchair-bound" to "wheelchair-using" has been made and reverted before. "Wheelchair-bound" is considered derogatory; see List of disability-related terms with negative connotations for an explanation why. Cutter John in Bloom County 2015[edit]

Cutter John first reappeared in the Bloom County reboot here ([1]) on September 2, 2015; where he begins to pursue a romantic interest with local divorcee Cozy Fillerup.
