Merge[edit]

I suggest a merge with Customer service advisor, Customer service representative, Customer service, Customer experience management and/or Customer experience transformation or Customer relationship management. Xtzou (talk) 23:00, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good suggestion, but I disagree. Customer Service Training is more similar to "training" than to "representative" "management" or "transformation" and is fundamentally different than related pages on wikipedia. Imagine the confusion if "Business" and "Business School" were merged. They, like "customer service" and "customer service training" are fundamentally different, and deserve their own pages here for simplicity.
