RE: Matilda's stand-in from A Song of Ice and Fire[edit]

So at the risk of raising a settled/dumb question: It would seem the character of Rhaenyra Targaryen (both as portrayed in the background material Fire And Blood and its TV adaptation House of the Dragon) owes much in background to Matilda. Is it fair to include it here or it doesn't because it's not directly her? I'm basing it mostly on the fact that the pages on historical events invoked in ASOIAF have them on their entries (like Massacre of Glencoe and The Red Wedding).
