Some Detailed Explanation to Spiral Chute Separator[edit]

Spiral chute separator is a high efficiency gravity concentrator of the international advanced standard. It is the newly re-selecting equipment. It is used to separate the iron, stannum, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold ore, colliery, monazite, rutile and zircon of the size between 0.3 and 0.02mm, and the other metals and nonmetal minerals of enough proportion deviation. Spiral chute separator has the following features: simple structure, easily being made, reliable operation, easy maintenance, small floor area, high capacity.

This ore beneficiaiton equipment applies to sorting size 0.3-0.02mm thin materials of iron ore, limestone, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, PB ore, tungsten ore, tin mine, tantalum and niobium mine, as well as other non-ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic mineral with the thickness of ore concentration, concentration is high recovery, small footprint, less water consumption, simple structure, no driving force, big capacity, simple to install, convenient operation, small investment.

The product is made of the chlorine plastic; the advantage is light, moisture proof, anti-rust, corrosion proof, properly suitable for the changing of the feeding size and chrome, granularity, grade.This system is an ideal tool for mining and mineral processing applications,especially on riversides or beaches.

The spiral separator is formed by six parts, ore-distributor, bunker, helical groove, product interception trough, product gathering bucket, tank bracket (including crosses or tripod) and etc. The helical groove which is connected by the spiral sheet is the main part. Spiral sheet is made of glass steel (glass fiber reinforced plastics), bolted together, sorting face of spiral groove has a layer of preformed surface which is wearing layer. The processing equipment is featured by light, strong and durable. The top has a multi-tube ore-distributor, can uniformly distribute ore, easy to control.

The working process of spiral chute separator:

The sand pulp is first send to the two inlets of the spiral chute.After added water for appropriate pulp density,the pulp swirls down and generates a centrifugal force which separates the ores and sands.The ore concentrate flows into the hopper and is collected through a pipeline.The tailings are discharged by a sand pulp.Thus,the whole mineral process is finished.

Proposed Removal[edit]

This article is ostensibly about crushers. The first illustration (and a large one at that) is the Newcomen Steam Engine. I propose its removal, as it is extraneous and tangential to the article. LorenzoB (talk) 03:03, 23 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
