Cross Fork, Pennsylvania burnings[edit]

The Cross Fork, PA wiki page several times mentions the burning down of sawmill, building, or the town as a whole... yet... it does not exactly say whether the various burnings are accidental or intentional. I'm noting the use of 'WAS burned down' rather than more generic simply 'burned down'.

"The sawmill was burned down about three times"... by intent/arson? unknown/accident?? In the 1910s, "this town was burned down"... intentionally?

Discussion examples: 'The town burned down' can imply accident or spontaneous unknown cause... ...while 'This town was burned down' can imply intent, deliberateness, as in the article's later sentence "...the lumber company moved out and the town was burned." ...by the lumber company? arson? accident?

The fire departments used the last building as a training fire... so that obviously was intentionally. (Digression: At the time, the sawmill no longer existED.)

Perhaps there could be clarification on the burnings?
