Demographics Error[edit]

Demographics are typically based off of a one hundred percentile scale. The total demographics of this page equals a sum of one hundred and fourty-five percent. Just curious as to why or is there a mathematical error. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.50.102.220 (talk) 00:38, 1 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know but I think that it was used by whoever created the article to promote the school by showing cleaner demographics as an example you change 13% and 97% to be 10% and 95% I personally don't know how percentiles work so I'm sure my analogy has problems. Also since you seem to know more about percentiles than me can you please change it so that it conforms with others anyways hope this helps. Sameisinsane (talk) 17:17, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: Not moved. This is the only extant article with this name, even if there are two, we have to consider whether hatnote will suffice first. (non-admin closure)Ammarpad (talk) 06:33, 16 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Cross Creek High SchoolCross Creek High School (Augusta, Georgia) – There is a link to this article from the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting article, which occurred in Parkland, Florida on February 14, 2018 as it was reported that the perpetrator of that shooting, Nikolas Cruz, had requested before the shooting to be transferred to Cross Creek, a school in Broward County, Florida tailored for students with special needs, not the school of the same name in Augusta, Georgia, and therefore this can be very confusing for readers from that article who are likely not expecting to find this article both in the short-term or long-term. It is also possible that the title Cross Creek High School could be made into a disambiguation page as well. 64222368Z260O (talk) 02:47, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose A hatnote could just be added if that school doesn't have a stand alone article or isn't notable. Crouch, Swale (talk) 10:39, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - per NCES, this school is the only school with this name in the country. John from Idegon (talk) 14:38, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
