Fair use rationale for Image:City of Cranston RI Seal.jpg[edit]

Image:City of Cranston RI Seal.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Lists[edit]

The lists in the article of areas and of schools represent both a failure of the Manual of Style on list incorporation, and an inappropriate level of detail. Budlong Pool[edit]

"Cranston is home to the Budlong Pool, one of the largest outdoor swimming pools in the country."

Yes, a Google search shows that there are multiple news outlets that have reported on this, for example: [1] and several more - it's also mentioned directly on the city's website.[2] - Perhaps either source could be used in the article. 174.67.105.2 (talk) 14:55, 12 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
