==Name Change == I think the name of this page should be changed to Convergència i Unió. Convergence and Unity doesn't really mean anything to the English-speaking reader, and instead the name should be explained in the article.

Convergència Democratica and liberals[edit]

The ideology section / pro-independence turn[edit]

The whole ideology section is in need of updating. Since November 2012, the party has shifted to explicit defense of self-determination, and has been advocating a sovereign Catalan state, and has been openly considering (in more veiled terms) secession from Spain.
