Merge[edit]

After I created Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, I found that Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia had already been created. So I ask to merge these two articles. I guess that "Confidence-Building", rather than "Confidence Building", is the official name.
