List of overall and regional winning authors of the Commonwealth Writers' Prize[edit]

In 2009 this nicely formatted "list of" article was created. That means we now have three parallel lists being maintained (2 in this article and the "list of" article). I'm going to begin removal of the 2 lists in this article since they are basically forks of the list-of article and no longer needed and just a maintenance problem adding extra work.
