Image copyright problem with File:Comcast Sports Southeast.png[edit]

The image File:Comcast Sports Southeast.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Update needed — now defunct?[edit]

I've not seen much solid to indicate this, but Comcast Sports Southwest may have shut down. Comcast's Houston-area lineup no longer lists any channel 129. Much of the programming that would have been on CSS appears to have migrated to Comcast SportsNet Houston, which launched in October 2012 — presumably that is when CSS folded, but again, there's little else indicating that directly. (CSN Houston is carried on channel 39 instead of inheriting the 129 slot.) The Comcast Sports Southwest section of the website for sister network Cable Sports Southeast no longer exists either. And in addition to all that… as a result of the Comcast NBC merger, Comcast files independent programming reports for every channel and station operated by the company. CSS Southwest only did so through September 2012. That could only be the case for a network that has closed up shop… --WCQuidditch ☎ ✎ 22:47, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Looked into this and I think you're right, CSS ceased operations when CSN Houston launched since there really is no need for both networks.
