Not very much information....[edit]

"evidence indicates that the primary purpose of their marriage was to provide each of them with an excuse for not expressing sexual interest in other people." Um...what? What evidence? And what does "not expressing sexual interest in other people" mean? That whole section is very confusing and vague. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.129.140.4 (talk) 03:24, 20 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV Violation[edit]

In the Death section sentences like "It was a final demon to taunt this brilliant, sad, young actor before his death." and "Over 300 mourners turned out for the lonely soul that died alone." If these statements reflect the sentiments of author Gregory Mank, that should be made more clear. Otherwise it does not read as if written by an impartial unsentimental contributor. Relationship to Clive of India[edit]

Has any attempt been made to establish the actor's descent from Robert Clive? (Descendants of the latter's eldest son changed surname to Herbert when the Earldom of Powis was recreated in their favour, another branch became the Windsor-Clives, Earls of Plymouth.)Beware the tendency of Hollywood publicists to romanticise actors' backgrounds (eg David Niven, son of a junior army officer, was promoted, so to speak, as a general's son).
