• The mean maximum and minimum temperatures varies between 35 °C (95 °F) and 18 °C (64 °F) Does this mean that the average min. and max. temperatures can be anything between 35 and 18 degrees centigrade? Then it should be "vary", else the meaning is unclear.Y
• The highest temperature ever recorded is 40.3 °C (105 °F) while the lowest is 11.7 °C (53 °F) When were these recorded?

@Sainsf: Though I did add in the records previously in this article. I did pointed that the highest temperatures was 40.4. I added in the dates for the record high and low.
