  • Oppose. Firstly, Church and state already exists as a redirect to Separation of church and state and I think that "Separation of church and state" is the primary topic for "Church and state". Secondly, it's not actually true that "Most of the items in the disambig page are not using the capital letter" in the current version which has 6 particular uses with capitalised "State", and 5 general uses with "state".
