Birth date of the Chiefs[edit]

Clearly, in several cases, the year of birth has been conflated with the year in which he became the chief - which is usually the year of death of the previous chief. For example the 18th Chief could not have been born in 1649 because this would have made him less than 3 years old when he was killed in the Battle of Inverkeithing in 1651.
