First Chicago CM ride[edit]

the first chicago critical mass took place earlier than 1997... probably a few years eariler.. I have photos from a critical mass that took place in 1996 at least. Xsxex 17:11, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This site [1] suggests September 1997 was the first Chicago CM ride from Daley plaza. Perhaps there were other rides that didn't use the "critical mass" name? Doctormatt 18:58, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Illegal corking" allegation[edit]

I've removed this reference because the law it points to doesn't refer to cyclists or "corking" as far as I can see. If the charge is to be reinstated it needs to be better supported, e.g. a legal precedent saying that Law X applies to CMassers.

Merge[edit]

This article really should be merged to Critical Mass. This article alone isn't really great, and besides, if a SysOp found this, they'd nominate it for deletion, or just delete it straight out. Tealwisp (talk) 03:18, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article is horrible. Almost all OR with a lack of sources. Is it even notable? I see no problem with a paragraph in the main article but this is silly.Cptnono (talk) 02:48, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
