New biographical article[edit]

This article is a result of work with Wikiproject Writing, in particular, a February 2022 "spotlight" on digital composition. Plenty of opportunities for further development here. Especially in the "Selected Work" section, if anyone would like to spend some time on adding additional references of Ball's work, correcting format, etc. I have an open question about whether it is appropriate to include external links to publications in the bibliography section as well, if anyone has insight on that.
