Potential Copyvio[edit]

The Aftermath section as written appears to draw substantially and without attribution from Klein, Ramseyer, and Bainbridge, Business Associations (Foundation Press, 2009), p. 741. It's not a verbatim rip, though, and I don't know to what extent this would be found to be a violation of copyright because it's basically all factual material. The structure of the Aftermath section in the wiki article is suspiciously similar to that of the textbook, which is what made me notice. KASchmidt (talk) 13:29, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The image File:DelawareSupremeCourtSeal.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
