Personal Rivalry with Lunsford Yandell[edit]

The article currently states, "However, he was forced out in 1849 due to a personal rivalry with Lunsford Yandell". Is this accurate? According to The History of the Medical Department of Transylvania University, Caldwell was forced out due to age and it states the angry words he may have used in his autobiography about Yandell. Not sure if there's a bias from his autobiography that has trickled down or if there's more detail somewhere else out there.
